The construction of 1044 Bed student accommodation facility that will house students for the University of Venda. University of Venda is a South African comprehensive rural-based institution.

The main campus which is about 3km from Simeka Heights houses 8 different schools, which includes Education: Health Sciences; Mathematical and Natural Sciences and Law. to name a few. Simeka Heights is located in Thohoyandou, a town in the Limpopo Province, South Africa.

The project consists of civil works, building works, specialist works, external works. Univen is also ranked the 18th best University in South Africa just before SMU and behind the University of Fort Hare, in the Eastern Cape.
