CCL Labels is one of the leading speciality packing companies in the world and has 150 facilities worldwide. CCL Labels SA have selected us from an interview process to assist in the design of their new production and warehouse facility. Our involvement in the project began by assisting the client with the Feasibility for the project. The project consists of a fire and temperature-controlled production facility, specialised utility areas, warehousing, logistics and an office component. 

We have taken a hands-on approach by having continual engagement with the client to understand the specialised needs, services and operational flow. The most challenging aspect of the project was both the coordination of specialised equipment and building services and the delivery of specialised and high-risk materials. The construction of the facility is technically superior to that of a generic industrial build. The printing presses required specialised floor designs, insulated roofs, wall cavities and localised services to the equipment.Aesthetically the design maintains a balance in form which is expressed by clean modern lines. The office component has been designed with sun shading consultants to create a comfortable and productive work environment, The design boasts generous landscaped zones and edges to compliment and soften the design.
