MMQS worked with the Department of Roads and Public Works and the Department of Health for the Northern Cape Province to develop a scheme for the construction of a new referral hospital in De Aar.

The new facility was to provide state of the art facilities and was to be a Provincial Centre to which smaller hospitals would send patients for specialised diagnosis and care. The project was split into three phases:

•Staff Housing

•TB Facility

•Main Hospital
