MMQS Consultancy was appointed as the Quantity Surveyor by the Public Investment Cooperation for the construction of Ga-Runkuwa mall. The project consists of an extension of approximately 22,000sqm and a refurbishment of the existing 37,000sqm. At completion the redevelopment of Ga-Rankuwa City will yield 54 723sqm GBA.
