Feasibility completed for the construction of a new 12 500m2 peanut butter production facility consisting of a 5 300m2 production factory, a 6 400m2 storage warehouse with canopies for loading and off-loading finished good, 800m2 of office area with ablutions and a canteen. The total site area is 25 000m2 with external works including roads, paving, loading areas, weighbridge, covered parking, a guard house and boundary walls. Specialist services include, electrical, mechanical, fire and gas services.
