Heineken are an international beverage company that produce and package beverages. The project entailed an expansion of their production facility by constructing a new cold storage warehouse and an expansion of their cans storage warehouse.

The Can warehouse entailed a basic structural steel structure with roof sheeting and side cladding. The cold storage warehouse included a specialist insulation and HVAC installation for the cold storage required temperatures.
